David Magid was born and raised in Santa Barbara as a first-generation Lithuanian-American and second-generation real estate professional. He received his BA in Communication from UCSB and went on to earn his MBA from St. Mary’s College of California in 2013.

David has always been passionate about helping others and is grateful to assist the local community. He is committed to going the extra mile for his clients during the biggest transaction of their lives and values honesty and integrity in all of his interactions.
